“The enemy is concentrating its main efforts on conducting offensive operations in the direction of Kupyansky, Limansky, Bakhmutsky, Avdeevsky and Shakhtyorsky. Over the past day, our defenders have repelled more than 130 enemy attacks in the this direction,” the report said.
In particular, in the directions of Kupyansky and Limansky, the enemy conducted offensive operations in the areas of Nevsky, Serebryansky forestry and Belogorovka of the Lugansk region, but unsuccessfully.
In the direction of Bakhmut, the enemy does not abandon attempts to surround the city of Bakhmut. Over the past day, our defenders repelled several attacks in the areas of settlements of Vasyukovka, Zheleznyanskoye, Orekhovo-Vasilyevka, Dubovo-Vasilyevka, Grigorovka, Ivanovskoye and Bakhmut of the Donetsk region.
In the direction of Avdeevsky and Mining, the enemy unsuccessfully attacked the positions of our troops near the settlements of Kamenka, Severnoye, Vodyanoye, Pervomayskoye, Nevelskoye, Krasnogorovka, Marinka and Pobeda.
According to the General Staff, in the directions of Zaporozhye and Kherson, the enemy is on the defensive and is trying to improve the tactical situation in order to continue the offensive.
In the directions of Volynsky, Polessky, Seversky and Slobozhansky, the operational situation did not change significantly, and no offensive groups of the enemy were detected.
The General Staff reported that over the past day, the enemy launched 6 missiles and 24 air strikes, carrying out more than 65 attacks from multiple launch rocket systems, including civilian infrastructure. He also carried out shelling on the territory of Ukraine from other types of weapons.
“The threat of missile strikes by the Russian Federation remains high throughout Ukraine,” the General Staff said.
