Moldovan authorities believe that the Kremlin has a plan to seize power in the country and restore a pro-Russian regime.
On the territory of Moldova, two foreign men were detained, connected, as established by the special services, with sabotage centers outside the country. This was reported on Monday, February 27, by the Information and Security Service of Moldova.
It was reported that the visitors collected information “to destabilize the internal situation in the country to provoke a violent change in the constitutional order.”
“Masquerading as ordinary tourists, the men secretly contacted a group of individuals associated with a conspiratorial network of foreign experts in political and social engineering technologies,” the report said.
It was determined that foreigners are interested in state institutions and critical infrastructure facilities, and they also actively monitor socio-political processes and protests organized in the capital by some political forces.
The men were declared undesirable persons for 10 years and expelled from the territory of Moldova.
It will be remembered that last week in Moldova, a network of agents preparing a coup was discovered, in which citizens of the country and foreigners were involved.
