Ukrainian troops will not leave Bakhmut as long as there is an opportunity to defend themselves, the situation there is under control.

The task of all defense forces is to fight for Ukrainian territory. That is why Bakhmut is standing, because the soldiers do not come out of there, – said the representative of the General Staff.
He also noted that Russian terrorists razed Soledar to the ground, so they left the city.
As long as there are cellars in Bakhmut and the ability to hold this territory, the fighters will stay there,” Kovalev said.
