Most Ukrainian prisoners are dissatisfied with the forced change in the situation, and Russian convicts treat Ukrainians with disdain. The command also reported that the enemy was taking medical equipment from the central city hospital to the city of Genichesk from the city of Kakhovka in the Kherson region.
