The SBU has established the identity of Russian infidels involved in the tragic missile attack on a residential building in Dnipro, which occurred on January 14. And claimed the lives of at least 40 people.
Criminal proceedings initiated under Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (violation of the laws and customs of war) to collect and summarize evidence of a terrorist attack by the Russian Federation, the press center of the SBU reports.
According to preliminary data, several dozen Russian military men were involved in this crime, including:
- Commander of the 52nd Heavy Bomber Aviation Regiment (military unit 33310) Colonel Timoshin Oleg Evgenievich, 06/21/1971 the year of birth;
- Commander of the Aviation Detachment of the 52nd Heavy Bomber Aviation Regiment, Major Ivanenko Aleksey Sergeevich, 02/08/1987 the year of birth;
- chief of staff of the aviation squadron of the aviation group Dmitry Golenkov, 09/01/1978 the year of birth;
- navigator of the 52nd Heavy Bomber Aviation Regiment Grigoriev Denis Anatolyevich, 06/07/1982 the year of birth;
- navigator of the 52nd heavy bomber aviation regiment Nazyrov Dinar, 07/03/1985 the year of birth;
- aviation armament engineer of the 52nd heavy bomber aviation regiment Evgeniy Potseluev, 06/16/1980 the year of birth.
The security service notes that after conducting the relevant examinations, the attackers will be informed of the suspicion of committing a particularly serious crime against Ukraine.
In addition, as a result of the examination of the site of the tragedy, the type of the Russian Kh-22 cruise missile, which the enemy hit on a residential building, was preliminarily confirmed, the SBU notes.
