Metropolitan Lima Regional Director of Education Luis Quintanilla Gutiérrez announced this Thursday the construction of more schools and an increase in enrollment in each section, acknowledging that the capital has a historic infrastructure gap.
In an interview with the special program “Regreso a clases”, Luis Quintanilla specified that in all Metropolitan of Lima there is an old infrastructure and he confirmed that there are schools in the center of Lima that are 80 or 90 years old.
