About 35 minutes after launch, the satellite separated from the second stage of the launch vehicle and began its independent flight.

The Eutelsat 10B satellite weighing 4.5 tons was designed and built by the Franco-Italian company Thales Alenia Space for the French telecommunications company Eutelsat Communications. It is designed to provide sea and air transportation communication services. The satellite is equipped with 36 Ku-band transponders and 20 C-band transponders.
This spacecraft will replace the Eutelsat 10A satellite, which will expire at the end of 2023.
