Police received a message from parents about children’s poisoning at a private vacation camp in one of the stress -district villages.
In the LVIV region, mass poisoning was recorded in children’s camp. Currently, 24 injured children are known, the Regional Department of the National Police reported Tuesday, August 5.
It was indicated that last night the police received a message from parents about children’s poisoning at a private vacation camp in one of the villages of the strysky district.
“24 Children from different regions of Ukraine ages 7 to 17 years have been delivered to medical institutions. A preliminary diagnosis of patients is chronic bowel infection,” the report said.
In this fact, criminal proceedings have been opened under an article on violation of sanitary policies and criteria for preventing infectious diseases and mass poisoning (Part 1 of Article 325 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
The penalty of the article provides for a penalty – a fine of one thousand to three thousand irreversible minimum revenue of citizens, or arrest for up to six months, or restricting independence for up to three years, or imprisonment at the same time.
Now a pre -trial investigation has been conducted, law enforcement officials have established all the circumstances of the incident.
Earlier it was reported that in Lviv there was a mass poisoning in the new Chinese restaurant Hello, which belonged to the restaurant Misha Katsurin. Police have opened a criminal case.
