Q bot can be customized to connect to apps and software such as Salesforce, Jira, Zendesk, Gmail, and Amazon S3 storage.
Amazon introduced a chatbot based on artificial intelligence. TechCrunch reported this.
It noted that a bot called Q can help businesses summarize large documents or group chats and generate content. The bot can answer customer queries, create graphs, analyze data, and help companies with coding.
Q bot can be customized to connect to apps and software such as Salesforce, Jira, Zendesk, Gmail, and Amazon S3 storage.
Using a web application, a company can ask Q to check, for example, what product features customers are having problems with and possible solutions, or upload a file (Word document, PDF, spreadsheet, etc.) and ask about the file.
Q also encourages users to review the actions it is about to take before executing them to avoid errors.
To reduce the possibility of hallucinations (i.e., instances where Q can make up facts, which is a common problem with generative AI systems), users can configure Q to only retrieve information from company documents rather than from all sorts of underlying models.
Amazon has promised to protect the business from claims of copyright infringement.
Recall that the American billionaire and businessman Elon Musk announced that he will launch a chatbot Grok based on artificial intelligence. It will be available to users of social network X, but only in the premium version.
It has also been reported that Apple plans to invest around one billion dollars in developing artificial intelligence features for its devices.
