Aniai, a provider of kitchen solutions for the food service industry, has unveiled its culinary robot called the Alpha Grill. It was reported by Verdict Food Service.
Specifically, combining artificial intelligence and automation technology, the machine is designed to cook burger patties. Thus, the company claims that their robot-cook can potentially change the standard work processes in the field of catering.
The company also added that the Alpha Grill is equipped with dual-sided grill modules and has a wide range of physical and configuration options, allowing it to follow the recipes provided by the restaurant.
In addition, the robot has an automatic cleaning function, thereby reducing the workload of the kitchen staff and improving the work of the kitchen as a whole.
