‘I’m innocent of all charges’: Jose Luna Morales participated in an appeal hearing against his preventive detention

Third National Criminal Appeals Court of the National High Court of Justice considered an appeal filed by the defense of former Congressman José Luna Morales, in which he seeks the annulment of his 34-month pre-trial detention.

“I realized that I would not be given a preventive arrest because of what the judge told me. I went about my usual business on a normal day. It was a surprise to me that they gave me a preventive arrest, because there is no one in such a state. currently,” he added.
