Luis Vera Llerena, former commander-in-chief of the PPP, rejected claims that Jorge Hernandez “The Spaniard” talked about it in an interview. In this sense, he indicated that he had always opposed the changes that a foreigner tried to make with the permission of Pedro Castillo.
