After a certain period of time without proposals and initiatives, the President of the Republic summoned the leaders of political parties, with whom she will maintain a dialogue from today. In turn, these leaders have for the most part tried not to speak out about what the country is going through – about demonstrations, blockades and deaths. In some cases, the summoned leaders are well-known personalities, for example Keiko Fujimori, Cesar Acuña, Rafael López Allaga, Jose Luna Galvez, Vladimir Cerron and Roberto Sanchez. In other cases, these are individuals who pay great attention to their benches. And there is also the case of parties for which it is not easy to know who the leaders are, as is the case with popular action And Advanced country. We assume that the invited parties are those already registered in the Register of Political Organizations, which excludes Apra and PPP. Under what conditions can the dialogue initiated by Dina Boluarte make a positive contribution to the search for political consensus and economic recovery? Everything will depend on what Dina Boluarte proposes. Judging by the futility of her recent interventions, it’s hard to imagine Boluarte suddenly revealing himself as a leader capable of setting the agenda and pointing the way forward. Two factors play against him: the precariousness of his political position, the absence of a party and a bench. And the investigations that were launched to establish his responsibility for the death were carried out in the context of the suppression of demonstrations. The truth is that Dinah Boluarte failed to influence Congress to advance the election. His only advantage may lie in the dissatisfaction of public opinion, which is more hated by the Congress and does not appreciate the parties, which are nothing more than empty shells designed to convey the ambitions of the leader in power.
