The People’s Deputy from the voice party, Yaroslav Rushchishin, died as a result of an accident in the Ivano-Frankivsk region.
Rushchishin, according to the media, lost control of the motorcycle and ran into a tractor. He died on the way to the hospital.

As a student, he created and headed the student fraternity of the LVIV trade and economic institute. He organized professional blows, demonstrations, festivals. One of the organizers of the revolution on a granite and student hunger strike in Independence Square.
In the early 1990s, he organized the cult festivals of Ukrainian music “Loster” and the meeting “Ukrainian Youth-Hrist.” She accompanied various cultural, artistic and musical projects. In 1993, he became a co -founder of the art association of Dzigi. They also financially supported young artists. More than half of the modern Ukrainian performers who began in the 90s left the environment of the Jiga.
In 1995, he founded his friends and headed Trottol JSC, which ultimately became one of the largest exporters of Ukrainian clothing goods.
For decades, Yaroslav invested a significant part of the business in cultural, educational and developed LVIV initiatives.
In 2003, Yaroslav Rushchishin, along with his friends, initiated the creation of the LVIV newspaper, where the team of the best journalists worked.
Yaroslav came to the orange revolution at the local level, so from the first days he joined peaceful protests for fair elections. He was a joint organizer of the so -called “bulldozer revolution.”
After the Orange Revolution, Yaroslav became a member of our Ukrainian Party and was elected deputy regional council of LVIV in it.
This caused the environment of active entrepreneurs who wanted to form honest rules of the game in business. Thus, the Committee of Entrepreneurs of the region Lviv, which in 2006-2007 and 2009-20111 was headed by Yaroslav. The committee is still valid. Among its significant projects is an anti -corruption forum in the LVIV region and the regulatory center.
Together with his colleagues and beloved people, he founded Univ Group, which developed a public strategy for the development of LVIV. Yaroslav financed a deep study of LVIV values in 2007. Subsequently, this strategy became the basis of the city strategy of 2025.
Active participant in the revolution of dignity. Together with the Committee of Entrepreneurs of the region, he organized and supported financial support in one of the coordination centers of the revolution in Lviv, where they raised funds, sent ammunition for the Maidan, provided food, warm things, and so on.
In July 2019, he was elected People’s Deputy Ukraine in the area of the majority in Lion, voice faction.
Yaroslav was a co-founder and member of the UCU business school. Honorary Senator and patron of the Ukrainian Catholic University. For the 10th anniversary of the business, he presented his share in UCU. One of the main sponsors of the temple of blessed martyrs UGCC (now transferred to a landfill). For many years, he supported the scholarships of talented students from low income families.
