The German company Hensoldt received a large order for the supply of radars to strengthen the air defense of Ukraine.
The “military” writes that in the complex package of an order worth more than 340 million euros, high-performance TRML-4D and SPEXER 2000 3D MKII radius will be delivered.
Our high -performance radars are urgently necessary for Ukrainian air defense. Several radars have already been defending Ukraine since the beginning of the Russian aggressive war. We are proud that we supply new systems. Radars are extremely important for the protection of the civilian population, ”said the General Director of Hensoldt Oliver Derre.
TRML-4D is based on the latest Radar Aesa technology (active phased grille with electronic scanning).
It provides rapid detection and accompaniment of up to 1,500 targets in a radius up to 250 km.
The radar is able to quickly and reliably identify, accompany and classify all types of air targets – cruise missiles, drones, aircraft and helicopters.
The family of radar radars SPEXER includes overview systems for automatically detecting and classifying land, sea and low air targets.
