The director of the feature film Rhinoceros emphasized that the volunteers help to get everything needed to fight the invaders.
Ukrainian director Oleg Sentsov, who defends the country from the Russian aggressor, said that volunteers provide a lot of help. He spoke about this in an interview with Channel 24.
“Volunteers are a huge fortune. I mean, I only have a rifle from the state, I bought everything myself, or volunteers brought it to me,” he said.
At the same time, the director noted that some of the Ukrainian defenders are fighting with Soviet weapons, and the second part is fighting with Westerners.
“We don’t have heavy weapons but simpler ones. For example, I have an American M4A1 Carbine, there are many men. There are Javelins, tubes, NLAW, LAW, Stinger. There is more or less enough of this kind. Something heavy really little, but the art works, also HIMARS, and I think there will be more like this,” he said.
In addition, Oleg Sentsov emphasized that the Armed Forces of Ukraine will be able to liberate all the occupied territories of Ukraine, but one should understand that the Russian army is a strong opponent.
“The Russian army is really stronger. It is worth realizing: they have a bigger army and more resources. We are a smaller army, but better motivated, trained, we are supported by society, international which partner. It is more decentralized and innovative, ” Summarized Sentsov.
Sentsov was previously reported to have said that the battle for Donbass is over.
