The singer and her ex-husband are selling their California home for $18 million.

The famous singer Jessica Simpson and her ex-husband, former football player Eric Johnson, decided to sell their joint property in Hidden Hills, California, after their divorce.

According to Page Six, the property was sold two days before the divorce was announced.

The luxurious house impresses with its size and comfort. It has six bedrooms and 13 bathrooms, a swimming pool, a spa area, a recording studio and a home theater. The estate offers stunning views of the hills. The couple expects to fetch around $18 million for it.

This is not the star couple’s first attempt to sell their house. In September 2023, when Simpson and Johnson were temporarily separated, the house was put up for sale, but then no settlement was reached.

It was previously reported that Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have finalized the divorce process eight months after announcing their split.
