People’s representatives voted for bills No. 12404 and 12405, which were registered in the parliament by President Vladimir Zelensky the previous day.
315 people’s representatives voted for the extension of martial law, and 310 voted for the extension of general mobilization.
14 times the Rada has decided to extend martial law and mobilization in Ukraine. They are valid until May 9 this year.
Now the president must sign the relevant documents.
As you know, on the morning of February 24, 2022, Ukraine introduced martial law for the first time in history after the start of a large-scale Russian invasion.
After that, the Verkhovna Rada extended martial law and mobilization 13 times since the beginning of the war. They are currently valid until February 7th.
