It is urgent and necessary to expand the dialogue about awareness and prevention on social networks, mainly to contribute to reducing the stigma surrounding HIV. Particularly the myth that diagnosis is a “death sentence”, the RED DECEMBER campaign contributes to changing this perception in several important and informative ways.
And in this collaboration of knowledge we have listed some influencers that we think are essential for you to follow on social media and learn from education in a light and accessible way, in order to demystify HIV as they have the ability to communicate complex information in a simple and direct way, promoting responsible and positive attitudes. The psychoanalyst has lived with HIV for 14 years and provides information in a very humorous and light way. He was a pioneer in idealizing and promoting the “Festa do Undetectável”, he has already won several awards with the work he develops on the internet, being one of the biggest names reference in Brazil. @posithtividades
Lucas Raniel – Moe_Dor podcast
The digital content creator promotes information about health and self-care and has more than 100 thousand followers on social media, in addition to also having a very creative and well-made YouTube channel called “Fala Memo!”. David Oliveira – Doses of Life
The creator of the “Doses de Vida” project, which aims to help people who receive a positive diagnosis for HIV and encourages them to seek treatment; spreads messages of faith and spirituality in his posts and videos on social media. Thais Renovatto – AIDS Project Ambassador

Sabrina Luz – Ser Luz Project
