In the UK, 17-year-old Liz Hutton, a photographer from Harrogate, North Yorkshire, died on November 27, the Daily Mail reports.
His life was cut short less than a year after being diagnosed with a rare and incurable disease, desmoblastic small cell tumor.
Liz is known for her passion for photography. After the terrible examination, the girl made a list of dreams, among which was the desire to photograph the investiture ceremony. In early October, Kate Middleton and Prince William fulfilled his dream by arranging a private meeting at Windsor Castle.
“It was a pleasure meeting Liz in Windsor today. A talented young photographer whose creativity and energy have inspired us both. Thank you for sharing your photos and stories with us,” the Prince and Princess of Wales wrote at that time.
After Liz’s death, Kate and William expressed their condolences to the girl’s family: “We are deeply saddened by the passing of Liz Hutton. We are honored to have known such a brave and humble young woman. Our thoughts and prayers are with of Liz’s parents Vicky and Aaron and her brother Mateo at this very difficult time.”
It was previously reported that Kate Middleton said that she has finished chemotherapy, which she started earlier this year after being diagnosed with cancer.
