“So when I bought a fight from a pop singer, I bought it, guys, I bought it in installments, because I kept commenting on posts, introducing them to the fight”, he added. Matos, reaffirming that he was unaware of the impact of his comments against the artist.
The tone of the joke I made was terrible. At the time, I was younger, so the tone was really terrible. I just have to apologize to her, but I just wanted her and everyone to understand that I didn’t know that the tone of the boos was meant to attack her”, he explained.
Understand the case
In an interview with the journalist Leo Dias, Ludmilla revealed that he had rejected a invitation to participate in the program ‘De Frente com Blogueirinha’, conducted by Bruno on DiaTV, due to a comment he made during the Multishow awards show where the singer was booed and verbally attacked by members of the audience upon receiving the award for Singer of the Year, being the first black singer to win the category.
I went up on stage, happy as hell, to collect the award and then I started to be booed and attacked, like, a lot of people calling me a monkey, with horrible racist words”, recalled the singer. The enmity with the comedian stemmed from a video that Lud he only saw it the following day, where Blogueirinha said that the singer “had to be grateful for the boos and racist attacks”.
At the time, the comedian still identified the character as ‘Shit Blogger’, but the singer did not insist on retorting, adding that she preferred to “erase the episode from her head” and “let it go”.
