Autumn is a great time to visit Europe. Peak season prices are also reduced, especially hotel rooms and accommodation.
Experts name the five cheapest countries in Europe for autumn travel. The rating was compiled by Travel Off Path.
In the first place is Albania. The small Balkan country attracts tourists with its pristine beaches and unique cultural heritage. At the same time, the average cost of staying in a hotel in Albania is ₱ 3,000 per night, and a night in a 5-star hotel costs, on average, ₱ 3,011. You can have lunch there for $10.
Poland takes second place. In the cafe you can enjoy a cup of coffee from 2 to 4 dollars. Lunch at a restaurant costs 4 to 8 dollars. The average price per night at the hotel is $54.
Third on the list is Latvia, where a bottle of water costs about 70 cents, and a beer at a local bar only costs about $2.50. You can eat two for $23. You only have to pay $64 per night.
The fourth place in the ranking is occupied by Hungary with a wealth of architectural monuments, Gothic architecture and large thermal baths. The average price of a hotel room in Hungary is $64 per night, coffee is $1.50, and a good lunch at a nice restaurant is around $10.
Romania closed the list. The average cost of a hotel room in Romania is $50. You can have lunch for only $12.
