The enemy does not have enough air and missile defense systems to protect its territory, Ukrainian military intelligence said.
Russia does not have sufficient air defense capabilities to protect its territory. The representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Andrey Yusov, announced this at the telethon.
“They (Russian troops – ed.) can transfer air defense systems, but events in the depths of Russia (shelling of military enterprises – ed.) indicate that the enemy does not have enough air and missile defense system to protect their territory, and they are forced to move Air defense systems from other directions, particularly in the Far East,” said Yusov.
According to him, this is a reason for the military-political command of Russia to think about what is more important to them: the distribution of air defense in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine or direct defense of “Mother Russia”.
Let’s recall that on October 1, Russia announced an attack by Ukrainian drones in the Smolensk region and the Krasnodar region. RosSMI claimed that there were no casualties, and that “the drones were neutralized.”
The Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense reported that attack drones attacked the Smolensk Aviation Plant in the Russian Federation, where the X-59 missiles are manufactured.
