Dante Olivier said he turned down the proposal because he understood it was yet another way to objectify the trans body
Apparently, there are people willing to spend a lot of money to realize their fetishes. Dante Olivier, who is an influencer, actor and trans man, revealed that he received a proposal of 4 thousand reais for a pack of photos of his feet. He said that the follower in question wanted to see a male person who had a well-groomed and small foot.
“The guy said he wanted to see what the foot of a man with a small foot looked like. He said he was willing to pay the amount because he wanted to see it well maintained and small, but I didn’t accept it. I don’t condemn anyone who sells this type of content, but it goes against something I’m against, which is this objectification of our body. I don’t say ‘never’, but at the moment, I don’t want to. And I wear a size 38”said Dante.
The influencer said that the follower was willing to increase the amount. “I didn’t answer anymore. I answered the first time out of politeness, but with the insistence, I preferred to let it go”, commented.
He said it’s common to be harassed on social media. “Unfortunately, I receive direct messages almost daily. But, someone willing to pay so much for something silly, which are pictures of the feet, was really different”, he finished, incredulous.
