The assets of the collaborator and gauleiter of the temporarily occupied part of the Kherson region, Volodymyr Saldo, were collected as state revenue. We are talking about apartments in Kherson, Yalta and Odessa, houses, hotels, land plots, a car and several companies. The state of the traitor was transferred to the management of the State Property Fund of Ukraine.

This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Economy.
Now the State Property Fund must ensure the state registration of ownership of these assets, and then the privatization or lease of this property. Funds from the sale or lease should replenish the state budget of Ukraine, – said the Minister of Economy Yulia Sviridenko.
In particular, by decision of the government, the following were transferred to the State Property Fund:

three land plots;

hotel on 3279.9 sq. m in Kherson;

apartments for 304.2 sq. m in Yalta;
-
two parking spaces in Oreanda (Yalta);
-
three-storey building in Kherson on 2143.3 sq. m;
-
building on 236.7 sq. in Kherson;
-
three apartments in Oreanda (135.1 sq. m.), Odessa (128.5 sq. m.) and Kherson (36.8 sq. m.);
-
2020 Volvo XC90 car;
-
99.86% of PJSC “Kashtan” (developing a granite quarry in the Zhytomyr region) – issued to the ex-wife of Saldo;
-
30% of PJSC “Delta Service” (transport company) – issued to the ex-wife of Balance;
-
55.56% of LLC Bebko-Avto (a network of car dealerships and service stations in Kherson) – recorded on the daughter of Saldo;
-
40% of LLC “Konka” (Kherson company engaged in the organization of recreation) – recorded on the daughter of Saldo.
Recall, on April 13, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine filed a lawsuit with the High Anti-Corruption Court on the application of sanctions in Saldo, which during the occupation of Kherson headed the so-called military-civilian administration of the Kherson region.
