beef yakisoba
Ingredients
- 250 g of noodle for yakisoba
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 4 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
- 1/2 peeled and grated carrot
- 400 g minced beef
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 150 ml of soy sauce
- 100 g pre-cooked broccoli
- 1 tablespoon of corn starch
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- water for cooking
Method of preparation
In a pan, add water and bring to a boil over medium heat. Then add salt and pasta. Cook until tender. Turn off the heat, drain the water and set aside. In another pan, place the olive oil and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and place over medium heat to heat. Add garlic and ginger and brown. Add the meat and black pepper and fry until golden.
Add the carrots, brown sugar, remaining sesame oil and soy sauce and mix well. Cover the pan and cook for 10 minutes. After, put 1/2 cup of tea of water and cornstarch and mix until you get a creamy liquid. Lastly, add the broccoli florets and pasta and mix well. Serve immediately.
vegetarian yakisoba
Ingredients
- 1 packet yakisoba noodles
- 1 peeled and sliced carrot
- 5 florets of broccoli
- 1/2 cabbage cut into slices
- 1/2 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 peeled and chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
- 1 tea cup of water
- 2 tablespoons corn starch
- 1 tea cup of soy sauce
- salt to taste
- water for cooking
Method of preparation
In a pan, add water and bring to a boil over medium heat. Then add salt and pasta. Cook until tender. Turn off the heat, drain the water and set aside. In another pan, place the broccoli and carrots, cover with water, add salt and cook over medium heat until soft. Turn off the heat, drain the water and set aside. In a skillet, place 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and heat over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and brown. Add the cabbage and sauté until wilted. Reserve.
In another pan, put the rest of the sesame oil and lead to medium fire to warm up. Add the peppers and sauté until soft. Then, add the peppers to the pan with cabbage, put the broccoli and carrot and mix well. Reserve. In a pan, place the cornstarch, 1 cup of water and the soy sauce and stir well. Bring to a boil over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Finally, add the pasta and vegetables to the sauce and mix to combine. Serve immediately.
chicken yakisoba

- 1 green bell pepper, seeded and sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and sliced
- 1 peeled and sliced onion
- Salt, olive oil and soy sauce to taste
- water for cooking
