Generally consumed during diets, oats are a cereal rich in vitamins, nutrients and fiber that are essential for the functioning of the body. With antioxidant effect, it helps eliminate toxins from the body and assists in the slimming process. According to nutritionist Daniela Medeiros, oatmeal promotes a feeling of satiety for longer.
“This combination of nutrients is important not only for the beauty of the skin, but also for the hair and nails. Selenium, for example, is necessary for hormonal metabolism and acts in antioxidant defense systems”, explains Daniela Medeiros.
