Streaming platform Disney+ has announced a series of premieres dedicated to Disney+Day, an event that returns on September 8th with a lot of special experiences, surprises and discounts for all its subscribers.
New titles include “Thor: Love and ThunderMarvel Studios,Obi-Wan Kenobi: Return of the Jedi”from Star Wars, Heart Attack Weddings, Mike, Pistol, Tierra del Fuego,”Pinocchiolive and a new short film about The Simpsons.
According to Disney+At least 15 productions will be added to the catalog to celebrate another year of the streaming service’s life.
This holiday will be a prelude to D23Expo companies where announcements and other content previews will be made from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Lucasfilm, National Geographic and everything else that the greats of the entertainment industry own.
Pinocchio
Pinocchio is a new feature film from Disney, which will premiere on September 8 on the streaming service. The performance retells the story of a wooden puppet who strives to become a real boy.
The cast includes Tom Hanks (Gepetto), Benjamin Evan Ainsworth (Pinocchio), Joseph Gordon-Levitt (Gimpa Cricket), Cynthia Erivo (The Blue Fairy), Keegan-Michael Key (Honest John), Lorraine Bracco (Sophia the Seagull), and Luke Evans (The Coachman).
Cars on the road
Lightning McQueen and Mater are back. ‘Cars on the road’, original series Disney D pixar which premiered in Disney+presents inseparable friends on four wheels in a new adventure that takes them across the United States.
As part of the launches scheduled for Disney+Day, production again Owen Wilson and Larry the Cable Guy as the voices of Lightning McQueen and Mater, respectively. Created by Mark Sondheimer, the animated series consists of 9 episodes that the public can watch exclusively on the streaming service.
Obi-Wan Kenobi, Star Wars Documentary
