Check out some of the K-pop stars who will blow out the candles on their 30th birthdays in 2025
2025 has arrived! On the first day of the year, many people tend to take time to create their lists of goals they want to achieve in the next 12 months, in addition to anticipating some of the main events that should happen in the new year that begins.
Within k-pop, fans will be able to celebrate the 30th birthday of many idols — check out some of them!
1. Jisoo (BLACKPINK)
Starting the year off on the right foot, on January 3rd, Jisoothe oldest member of BLACKPINK, will blow out the candles on her 30th birthday.
2. Jeonghan, Joshua and S.Coups (SEVENTEEN)
This year, CARATs (SEVENTEEN fans) will celebrate the 30th anniversary of three members: the leader S.Coupson August 8; of Jeonghanon October 4; and of Joshuaon December 30th.
3. Kwon Eunbi (IZ*ONE)
Currently working as a soloist, our eternal leader of IZ*ONE, Kwon Eunbiwill celebrate its 30th anniversary on September 27th.
4. Jimin and V (BTS)
In addition to celebrating the military discharge of all members, scheduled to take place in June, in the second half of 2025, BTS will also celebrate the 30th birthday of two members: Jiminon October 13, and Von December 30th.
5. Nayeon (TWICE)
This year, TWICE will celebrate the 30th birthday of their unnie, the oldest member, Nayeonwhich will blow out the candles on September 22nd.
6. Jhonny, Yuta and Taeyong (NCT)
In 2025, NCT will also have three members who will turn 30 years old. The first will be Johnnywho will blow out the candles on February 9, followed by the leader Taeyong on July 1st, and Yuta on October 26th.
7. Sowon (GFRIEND)
The year 2025 will be full of celebrations for GFRIEND. In addition to celebrating their 10th anniversary of debut in January by making a new comeback, on December 7th the girl group will also celebrate the leader’s 30th birthday Sowon.
8. Dowoon (DAY6)
DAY6’s maknae is going to be thirty! On August 25th, the band formed by JYP Entertainment will celebrate the 30th birthday of their drummer and youngest member, Dowoon.
9. Bona and EXY (WJSN)
This year, two more members of WJSN (Cosmic Girls) will turn 30. The first will be Bonawho will blow out the candles on August 19, followed by the leader EXYwho will celebrate his birthday on November 6th.
10. Hwasa and Wheein (MAMAMOO)
MAMAMOO’s maknae line will also be thirty in 2025! On April 17, Wheein will be the first to turn 30, while Hwasa will blow out its candles on July 23rd.
