BBGIRLS sign exclusive contract with new agency

BBGIRLS originally debuted under the name Brave Girls in 2011. However, the original lineup disbanded after not being as successful as expected. In 2016, the group’s producer, Brave Brothersreformed the band with new members Minyoung, Yujeong, Eunjiand Yuna.

The renewed lineup faced similar difficulties to their debut, until their 2017 song, ‘Rollin’, went viral on YouTube in early 2021, helping to promote the members’ work until they reached stardom. The group was renamed BBGIRLSunder the agency Warner Music Korea in May 2023. However, in April of the same year, the member Yujeong left the group, leaving only the three formation members.
