In a video leaked this Thursday, 28th, from the set of the new feature film ‘Fantastic Four: First Steps’, a new character is partially seen. In the images it is possible to see the actor being escorted and hidden by a member of the team.

Internet users did not fail to share their curiosities and anxiety regarding the release of the film and the supposed new character. On X (formerly Twitter), one of the users theorized that the film’s poster had a fifth superhero, speculating that it was the son of Mister Fantastic and the Invisible Woman. Look:

Some fans also comment on the mysterious actor in the video being Robert Downey Jr., after being surprised by the news that our former Iron Man would play the role of Doctor Doom in the new film — a role that marks the actor’s return to the Marvel Universe.
This will be the third version of Fantastic Four, which is one of Marvel Studios’ most important current projects. Although not much has been revealed about the story of the plot, all we know so far is that it will take place in a futuristic New York in a universe far from the Avengers and other MCU characters.

In February this year, in the spirit of Valentine’s Day, Marvel Studios confirmed who will be responsible for bringing the heroes of the new Fantastic Four to life.
