Gal Gadot and Rachel Zegler, who play the protagonists of the live-action “Snow White”, allegedly had a disagreement on social media
After the release of the trailer for the live-action version of “Snow White”, the actresses Gal Gadot and Rachel Zeglerwho play the film’s protagonists, allegedly disagreed on social media due to ideological conflicts related to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
Recently, on August 12th, Gal Gadotwho is pro-Israel and uses his Instagram posts to defend the country, shared the phrase Martin Luther King in the stories: “Only love can truly save the world”, to express their support. On the other hand, Rachel Zeglerwho is pro-Palestine, used the trailer for “Snow White” to comment on the war in the Middle East. She thanked her fans via X (formerly Twitter) for their support and, at the end, wrote: “And never forget, free Palestine.”

The issue has not yet been publicly addressed by Disney, but some netizens believe that the comments from both Rachel Zegler how much of Gal Gadot were a kind of indirect message to each other, which could end up hindering the promotion of “Snow White”.
The film is scheduled to premiere in March 2025, with its first teaser released on August 10; watch it!
