Conceived in the early 1990s and launched in 1994, Senninha was created by the visual and advertising artist Rogério Martins next to the illustrator Ridaut Dias Jrin order to honor the legacy and transmit to children the values that the Formula 1 driver Ayrton Sennacarried throughout his career on the automobile racing tracks.

1. Senna participated in the creation of Senninha
Ayrton Senna was involved in Senninha’s creative process alongside his mother, Neyde Silva. The pilot was the one who approved the pilotinho’s first stories, while Neyde helped create the character’s personality, which was courageous, clumsy and good-humored, as she recalled her childhood.
