We are talking primarily about recreational areas, boarding houses and recreation centers. This was reported today, May 1, on the website of the Center for National Resistance.
According to Gauleiter Denis Pushilin, they build relationships with future investors in such a way that they (buyers) can take certain boarding houses, land for boarding houses and already develop the territory. Namely, the legalization of such agreements can wait, the CNS notes.
It seems that Pushilin himself does not fully believe that it is possible to operate lawlessly in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. This is the realization that for every crime there will definitely be responsibility in the head of the Kremlin manual, they add to the CNS.
The CNS notes that Ukrainian legislation provides for life imprisonment with confiscation of property for collaboration activities and calls for reporting collaborators and their crimes via exile.
