Leticia Halliday inherited most of Johnny’s estate. When the rocker died in 2017, he returned his companies and royalties from his music, owned several homes, but also paid off all his debts. In December 2023, he assured BFM TV that he had already paid off a third of his tax debt, which originally amounted to €33 million. Still far from the mark, Jade and Joe’s mother continues to pay off her debt as best she can. The latter has been trying to sell their home in Marnes-la-Coquette, Île-de-France, La Savannah for several years.

The nearly 900 m² villa has five bedrooms, four bathrooms, two dressing rooms, a cinema room, a gym and even a 60 m² outbuilding. Outside, the almost one hectare lot has a tennis court and a swimming pool. For several years, the house was in the catalog of the Kretz family, which specializes in luxury real estate, followed by the cameras of the show “L’Agence” on Netflix. With an initial price of 17.9 million euros, the property never found a buyer. After taking over from agent Nicolas Hoog in 2023, the residence has revised its price downwards, now standing at €10.5 million. The price, according to some, is still too high.
