Formed in 2021 by South Korean company GF Entertainment, boy group KINGDOM has officially changed its name; understand why!
It was confirmed this Thursday, the 4th, that the boy group KINGDOM, formed by GF Entertainment in 2021, changed its name after three years since its debut. Now, according to a statement issued by the agency responsible for the idols, the group will be called The KingDom. In addition to the name change, it was also announced that the group will release an album on April 30th.

Firstly, the agency would like to sincerely express its gratitude to the fans who value our agency’s artist, KINGDOM, and we want to inform them about the group’s name change.
The KINGDOM Group will change its official name to The KingDom.
From his new album which will be released on April 30th, [o grupo] will be promoted as The KingDom.
Please show lots of support to The KingDom members Dann, Arthur, Mujin, Louis, Ivan, Hwon, and Jahan, who are preparing to take another leap forward. The agency will also spare no effort.

The KingDom is currently made up of seven members, each representing different kings from world history. Are they: Arthur, Mujin, Louis, Ivan, Jahan, Hwon It is Dann. Initially, the group also included the member Chiwoowho left the formation in 2022 for personal reasons.
Even with a short career, the K-pop group has accumulated hits such as ‘KARMA’, ‘Excalibur’ and more. Their last comeback took place in October 2023, with the album ‘History Of Kingdom: Pt VII.JAHAN’, consisting of seven songs. Listen!
