Facing the global outbreak, the vine is on the front lines. 19the and XXe August has seen only two crops for centuries. It has been eight since 2003. Increasing degrees in the shade implies an increase in the alcohol content of the wines. The lack of water is felt and many varieties of grapes wither under the onslaught of weather that no longer has a season… But the scapegoat of our disgraces is also the crucible of the new leaf eco-friendly route and can: even prove to be one of the remedies for the climatic gallows that is coming.
