After making history in the month of March after recording the biggest sales week in the United States for female k-pop artists with the album “READY TO BE”, TWICE has now achieved another major milestone on Billboard, also with their latest mini album.
The JYP Entertainment girl group managed to make “READY TO BE” their first album to stay for nine consecutive weeks on the Billboard 200 chart, remaining at position 195 the week of May 20th.
But the feats don’t stop there! The album also maintains its sixth position for the following ninth week on the Billboard World Albums chart, in addition to also reaching 13th place in the current sales and best-selling albums ranking.
Currently, TWICE is carrying out its newest world tour “READY TO BE WORLD TOUR”, which has sold out shows in different parts of the world. So far, the group has dates booked in North America, Japan, Australia, Singapore, London, Paris, Berlin, Bangkok and Bulacan. There is no information about a possible passage of the tour in Brazil.
TWICE was formed through the survival program “Sixteen” in the year 2015 by JYP Entertainment, and consists of nine members: Naeyeon, Jeongyeon, Momo, healthy, Jihyo, Mine, dahyun, chaeyeoung It is Tzuyu.
