During an interview with The Wrap, director Pete Doctorwho is one of the big names at Pixar, commented on the reasons for a sequel to the film ‘Inside Out’, which was released in 2015.
In the chat, pete commented that a sequel to the animation was needed to “explore new emotions”, and even completed saying that, in our body, there are between “5 to 27 different emotions”, and with a continuation of ‘Inside Out’, they are working to “be a little more truthful and broaden [o escopo].”
Yet, doctor said it was KelseyMannthe new director of the sequel, who gave the idea for the new feature: “He commented that what Mann presented to them “It was really moving and very sincere, [uma história] very personal for him, but with universal appeal” and that the film “is very moving, and at its core is central to what the new emotions will show. Everything is connected.”
The first film tells the story of Riley, who is only 11 years old and is moving to a new city. During this whole process, the girl feels her emotions getting agitated, and one of the reasons for this difference in her feelings is a confusion that occurred in her brain’s control room, where Joy and Sadness are outside, which affects life her directly.
‘Fun Mind 2’ is scheduled for release in the middle of next year.
