De -electrical cars have become the most popular used imported cars in Ukraine

Half of the imports of cars up to 5 years in 2025 were worth the electric cars, the Tesla Model Y became the leader.

In the first half of 2025, the Ukrainians recovered 30.8 thousand imported cars up to five years. According to the UkravtoMrom, electric cars have become the most popular in this category -they cost 49% of all the imported cars.

Cars used up to 5 years cost 27% of the total volume of used cars, registered in Ukraine in January-June of this year.

By the engine type, the part of the imported cars is distributed as follows:

• Electric cars – 49%;

• Gasoline – 34%;

• Hybrid – 9%;

• Diesel – 6%;

• Cars with HBO – 2%.

The ten most popular models in used cars under 5 years of age include the main electric cars and crossovers. The most registered model:

1. Tesla Model Y – 2968 units;

2. Tesla Model 3 – 1722 units;

3. Kia Niro – 1035 units;

4. Nissan Rogue – 1007 units;

5. Mazda CX -5 – 879 units;

6. Hyundai Kona – 830 units;

7. Volkswagen Tiguan – 717 units;

8. Chevrolet bolt – 711 units;

9. Audi e -Tron Sportback – 627 units;

10. Audi Q5 – 600 units.
