The blogger is accused of conspiracy for unauthorized accessing the internal version of iOS and the disclosure of confidential information.
Apple has filed a lawsuit against famous technological blogger and insider John Professor, accusing him of revealing a commercial secret associated with iOS 26, reports The Verge. According to case documents, Proser accused the access to the official iPhone of one of Apple’s engineers to receive data on the operating system that was not released at that time.
According to Apple, Proser suggested to Mike Ramachotti, a friend of a company friend, Itan Lipnik, money or work possibility in exchange for accessing the official iPhone. Ramachotti found the device’s locking code, monitored the location of Lipnik, waited for its homelessness and gained access to the device where the IOS version was installed for internal testing.
Apple says that as a result, a video ex -interface saw a development assembly interface, recorded a video, shared it with third parties and used these materials to create renders and leaks.
In April, Apple received an anonymous letter from a man who, according to him, saw a video call of vorition and recognized the Lipnik apartment. The court also issued a voice message in which Ramachotti apologized to Lipnik and claimed that the idea belonged to Gorod. Subsequently, Lipnik’s incident was fired for violating Apple’s security policy regarding unrelated products.
Apple requires a judicial ban on further disclosure of confidential information from vorition, as well as compensation for losses gained. The company noted that despite the public announcement of iOS 26, the stolen device contains other design elements that have not been officially displayed.
We remind you, earlier it was reported that its shareholders filed a law on Apple.
