Cucumber and eggs are indispensable products in the kitchen of our Ukrainian homeland. Without them, it is important to recognize the preparation of most herbs: from Christmas cake to finished food.
It is especially important to know where you can add basic products at the best prices. We conducted a detailed analysis of prices in the largest supermarkets in the region.
Where to find the cheapest eggs
According to the Zakaz service, prices for chicken eggs of category C-1 are strictly regulated according to the limits. The best offer is available to customers at “EKO MARKET” – from 23 to 26 today, as part of the “Good Prices” promotion, eggs can be added for only 2.99 UAH per piece, then a dozen more at 29.90 UAH
For the sake of balance, the prices generally given in the Zakaz service are as follows:
– “Novus” – 3.98 UAH/piece. (39.98 UAH per ten)
– “Auchan” – 3.90 UAH/piece. (39.90 UAH per ten)
– “Metro” – 62.30 UAH per ten
– “Megamarket” – 4 UAH/piece. (40 UAH per dozen)
Tsukor: Licorice prices and bitter truth?
Well, the best price also appeared in “EKO MARKET” – up to 28 kilograms can be added for 26.90 UAH. In other terms, prices include:
– “Auchan” – 30.90 UAH/kg
– “Metro” – 32.90 UAH/kg
– “Megamarket” – 38.80 UAH/kg
– “Novus” – 32.89 UAH/kg
Analysis of prices for basic products in Ukrainian supermarkets shows a large price difference. Such changes in prices for the same goods indicate high competition between trade routes and their attempt to attract buyers through a system of discounts and promotions.
However, it is important to remember that low prices are often of a temporary nature, so in order to save money, it is important for residents to monitor promotional offers at different intervals and plan purchases in advance. It is important to note that the difference in prices between stores for basic products such as eggs and zukor can be roughly equal to the monthly grocery allowance of the average Ukrainian homeland.
