“During the year, the acting chairman of the board, abusing his official position, issued an unreasonable order to provide bonuses to the company’s management and payment of funds amounting to UAH 9.9 million to it, the acting head of the board counted UAH 5 million as a bonus for himself Thus, the management took the funds of the joint-stock company on a large scale,” the statement said.
