Another 20% are penalties for administrative violations: 1.7 million. Collections in favor of the state budget amounted to 1.6 million, or 18.5% of total debts. Debts for utility bills close the top four – 727 thousand, or 8%. Another more than 21% of debts cannot be classified in any particular category.

At the same time, the number of property foreclosures under the writ of execution increased by 24% – up to 15.6 thousand. Also, the number of confiscations in criminal cases, excluding corruption cases, increased by almost 17% – 11.8 thousand.
Let’s remember that with the start of the war, it became more difficult for Ukrainians to pay off their loan debts. Despite the war, banks turned to the courts to ensure that defaulters were punished.
