On Monday, electricity imports come from five countries – Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Hungary and Moldova.
Ukraine increased the daily volume of electricity imports by a third. It was reported by Ukrainergo on Monday, December 16th.
“Imports will take place within 24 hours from Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Hungary, Moldova A total volume of 21,226 MWh, with a peak power of up to 1,142 MW at certain times,” the statement said .
For comparison, the import volume of the previous working day – Friday, December 13 – was 13,447 MWh.
Meanwhile, electricity consumption corresponds to seasonal indicators. Today, at 6:00, its level is 1.5% higher than on Friday.
We remind you that on December 6, the Ministry of Energy updated the instructions on the schedule of hourly power outages. The department assured that these changes will ensure equitable and fair distribution of available power to consumers.
Also Ukrainergo yesterday announced a new closing schedule for Monday.
