The average selling rate of the dollar in Ukraine increased to 41.75 hryvnia, and the euro exchange rate increased to 44.00 hryvnia.
The exchange rate of the hryvnia continues to decrease against the dollar and the euro at the exchange offices. RBC-Ukraine reported this in connection with market monitoring data on Tuesday, November 26.
So, the average selling rate of the dollar in Ukraine increased by another 10 kopecks to 41.75 Hryvnia, the euro exchange rate increased by 15 kopecks to 44.00 Hryvnia.
Today, exchange offices buy dollars for an average of 41.25 Hryvnia, and euros for 43.30 Hryvnia.
In the interbank market, the American currency is at the level of 41.48-41.52 UAH/dollar (buying and selling) – a decrease of 1 kopeck compared to the previous day’s close.
Yesterday, the National Bank increased the dollar exchange rate against the hryvnia on Tuesday for the third day in a row – 41.4387 UAH (+0.1194 UAH). The dollar approached the historical maximum recorded on July 22 (41.49 UAH/dollar). The official euro exchange rate is 43.4733 UAH (+0.4806 UAH).
It was previously reported that exchange rates will be set in a new way in Ukraine. The National Bank will change the methods of calculations and publication of indicators of the foreign exchange market.
