The National Bank has prepared a draft Regulation on the operation of the NBU electronic payment system and the operating procedure of the banking system of Ukraine at the end of the reporting year. The NBU reported this.
According to the draft published for discussion, the following mode of operation is proposed: the electronic payment system (EPS) of the National Bank on December 31 operates in accordance with the Technological Regulations, around the clock 24/7 including the date of the current day of the calendar.
Clearing and settlement in the Central Router system and the settlement and clearing center of the National Payment System Ukrainian Payment Space (SPACE) are carried out as usual.
The quantitative accounting system for deposit certificates CERTIF, the NBU depository, the National Bank in the implementation of depository activities of a depository institution, the NBU automated information system Loan agreements with non-residents, the foreign exchange market of Ukraine operates as usual.
Payments in foreign currency from the State Treasury Service of Ukraine through the NBU and JSC Ukreximbank are made until 16:00.
