The HR Pro Awards annually recognize the best team and personal achievements of HR specialists in Ukrainian business.
The award ceremony for the winners of the HR Pro Awards 2024 took place in Kyiv Among several hundred participants, the expert jury mentioned two projects of the Metinvest group, the company’s service reported.
The HR Pro Awards are said to be the most prestigious in the HR field. Every year it celebrates the best team and personal achievements of HR specialists working in large, medium and small Ukrainian enterprises.
Metinvest was recognized for its project Robotization of the HR function in the Digital work environment category – it became a finalist, as well as the project Analytical models of social infrastructure, which won the HR analytics category and received the title of the best project in its category.
In particular, Metinvest won for the creation of a convenient unified analytical system for employees, implemented in the form of a dashboard.
“There you can immediately see all the necessary data: the current state of administrative facilities and amenities, the planned investments in their support and repair, the rating of the quality of services provided by partners and complaints about them, the planned and actual amount of expenses for the social and living area and much more, it allows quick and clear management decisions and creates the most comfortable working conditions for employees,” said by Metinvest.
The company also said it is digitizing various processes, including those related to HR.
“Even today, many processes in the company are carried out without the direct participation of people: registration of vacations, absences, changes in work schedules, annual personnel evaluation, etc. This allows people to free up resources for tasks that require their expertise and creativity of this system – “A great merit goes to Metinvest Digital, the IT business partner of the Metinvest group, which helps the company to implement a comprehensive digital transformation of the business this,” the statement said.
Previously, Metinvest was among the top eight finalists of the leading Reuters: Sustainability Awards 2024, for the project The Hero’s Path: an ecosystem for the integration of Metinvest veterans.
