The world saw and felt them in video formats, photo stories, text versions on the most popular social networks, and all materials about unbreakable Ukrainians can also be viewed in the offline exhibition of the photo in Lviv. “Diversity You 2024” is implemented with the support of the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation. This is the third season of the project, at the forefront of which the heroes are people with atypical backgrounds for common models, representatives of various social and professional groups, as well as those with disabilities caused of illness or injury. The colorful “Diversity You”, which was launched in early 2024, is about Ukrainians who experienced amputation and recovered from disability through war.
The project team collected heroes from different regions of Ukraine; These are men and women of different ages, they have different professions. They all had the same integrity, social activity and duty to help others: they did not give up, did not get frustrated, did not allow physical limitations to conquer the mountain above them. When the heroes of the project became aware of their disability as a result of the Russian military invasion, they found the strength to live, support and inspire others. These are the tools we will need for this difficult time. And these are real people who became models for a day, wore clothes from Ukrainian brands Vozianov, Chereshnivska and Starchak, accessories from mann.studio and shared their stories.
The project “Diversity You-2024” presents a life story:
➢ Lviv resident Andriy Mandryk, who, after spending his time in football acquisition, now has his team to bring cups from international markets to Ukraine.
➢ Kiyanin Roman Telp, a blind musician, whose works are appreciated both by critics and price-takers. During the first days of the mass invasion and evacuation time, the boy finished the composition on the piano. The video of his performance was submitted to the festival competition “Flying with One Wing” from the ears of the present, de Roman won the Grand Prix.
➢ The originator, the liberator of Kherson, Igor Krupnov, who became the first person in the history of Ukraine to have prosthetic legs placed in his cysts. Today’s captain is from a long time – visiting the USA, driving a car, playing sports and volunteering, I will help you as soon as possible.
➢ Teacher Olenya Svetlova from Lisichansk, who was killed by a lawsuit. The trick of the eye was lost and part of the exposure was lost, but they began to conduct lessons for their students, stumbling to different corners of the world, engaged in projects focused on beauty.
➢ The Gayvoronka woman Irina Khmelyuk from the Kirovograd region, who spent her life in the war, overcame cancer and found the strength to support other Ukrainians who were also lost without family and friends during the Russian invasion ; This large organization offers women many opportunities.
➢ The volunteer Evgena Schwab, who, after his feet to knees, acquired the profession of psychotherapist, went to the hospital to wounded patients, or motivated them to dress them; Zustriv recently started his own farm.

In the spring, project participants can follow the interview process (through anonymous photos and videos) and view the results of the photo shoot and video interview online, on the project’s Facebook, Instagram and Youtube accounts. And on June 16, the offline photo exhibition “Diversity you” was presented in Lvov.
