Everyone will be able to join the competition and compete for the opportunity to manage one of the largest shopping and entertainment centers in the capital, ARMA assured.
The Asset Search and Management Agency (ARMA) has received an official appraisal report for the Kyiv Gulliver shopping and entertainment center (Tri O LLC), according to which the shopping and entertainment center is worth 7.6 billion hryvnias. The department announced this on Friday, October 11
It is indicated that the appraiser, PE Business Consulting, selected through a transparent competition, provided the agency with an assessment report and a review report two days ago.
“According to the results of the assessment, the cost of the Gulliver shopping center is UAH 7.6 billion. After processing and combining all the information and preparing the tender documentation, ARMA will announce a competition to select the manager of Gulliver shopping center to participate and compete for the opportunity to manage one of the largest shopping centers in the capital, – assured the department.
We remind you that in early June, the Shevchenko District Court of Kyiv transferred the Gulliver shopping center property of businessman Viktor Polishchuk to the management of ARMA.
And last year, detectives from the Bureau of Economic Security (BEB) suspected the director of Gulliver shopping center of tax evasion of almost 146 million Hryvnia.
